Minimum requirements
👀 Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cobol Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of database structures and applications.
- Experience with mainframe environments (IBM z/OS, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of banking processes and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
